These terms govern your use of the Inflow Studio website at inflowstudio.com.au and any services we provide. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Inflow Studio is a boutique tech consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Inflow Studio. When we say "you", we mean anyone using our website.

The website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to help you explore whether Inflow Studio is a good fit for your project. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that every piece of content is complete, current, or error-free.

Quote wizard and pricing

The quote wizard on this site generates indicative estimates only. These are not binding quotes, not offers, and not contracts. They're a starting point for a conversation.

Actual project pricing is confirmed during a Growth Audit call and formalised in a separate project agreement. No work begins until both parties have signed an agreement.

AI-powered features

Parts of this website use AI (the Inflow Navigator chat widget, the quote wizard's feature and goal suggestions, and summary generation). These AI features:

• Are provided as helpful tools, not professional advice
• May occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses
• Do not create any binding commitment, contract, or guarantee on behalf of Inflow Studio
• Should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or critical business decisions

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, design, code, logos, and images — belongs to Inflow Studio unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to reference our ideas, but please don't copy our content wholesale.

For project work we deliver to clients: IP ownership is defined in the individual project agreement, not these website terms.

Your submissions

When you submit information through our forms (contact, quote wizard, chat, newsletter), you grant us permission to use that information to respond to your enquiry, generate your quote, and follow up as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please don't submit anything confidential or sensitive through these forms. If you need to share sensitive information, wait until we're in a direct conversation with an NDA in place.

Acceptable use

Don't use this website to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to inject prompts, scripts, or malicious content
• Overwhelm our systems with automated requests
• Scrape, mirror, or reproduce the site without permission
• Impersonate someone else

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who misuses the site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Inflow Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This includes (but isn't limited to) reliance on indicative pricing, AI-generated content, or information on the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party services

Our website uses third-party services including Cloudflare (security), Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content management), AWS (email), and OpenRouter (AI). Your use of our site is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We choose our providers carefully, but we're not responsible for their services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
